This Refund Policy applies to consultancy and software development services offered by Munjal Mayank / Microprixs Solution Private Limited through enquiries on https://munjalmayank.com.
1. Custom Services
Most engagements are custom software projects. Scope, milestones, payment schedule, and cancellation terms are defined in the project proposal or service agreement. Those written terms take precedence over this general policy.
2. Advance / Milestone Payments
Advance or milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work for that milestone has started, unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement or required by applicable law.
3. Cancellation by Client
If you cancel a project before work begins, we may refund unused advance payments after deducting any setup, discovery, or administrative costs already incurred. If work has started, charges for completed work and committed resources may apply.
4. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel an engagement for reasons other than client breach, we will refund any unused prepaid amount for undelivered work, subject to the agreement.
5. Digital Content / Blog
Free website content (blog posts, articles, demos) is provided as-is and does not involve purchase refunds.
6. How to Request a Refund
